Grading & Report Cards

 At Evergreen Middle School academic progress can be monitored via the online parent portal at any time. At the end of each six-week grading period, a message to families indicates that the posted grade is the final grade for that period. The only grade that counts towards a students GPA is the semester grade, which is the average of the two quarter grades. There are no printed report cards.

For most Jeffco middle and high schools, progress reports are issued at the end of each six-week grading period with a report card issued at the end of each trimester or semester. A student's middle and high school grades can be reviewed on the district's online parent portal.
